The problem is persisting later trying all of the higher up. It is only affecting one of my accounts. I have other Outlook/hotmail accounts that are working. Here are answers to your questions:

  • Access your account through a web browser, web email (not sure what the difference is betwixt web browser or web email) I'grand using "alive.com" on the reckoner.

Microsoft may contact you about whatever issues you written report." when I tried to transport an email. Nevertheless the email was sent and it was received by a different hotmail account.
    I sent an electronic mail from a different hotmail account to the trouble account and it is listed equally sent but it was not received.
  • Kindly verify what do yous mean "Outlook" Is it Microsoft Part Outlook or Outlook.com? It is Outlook.com

I never said I was unable to access my mailbox.  I am not sure where you read that.

What I said is that I am constantly getting the message that "there is something wrong, please refresh.  I become this anytime I endeavour to await at a message, clear a mailbox, etc.  I am spending majoring of my time refreshing Hotmail/Outlook.

I never had this issue before Outlook took over.

I can't answer about another browser because I only employ Google Chrome.

I can't answer about using another reckoner because I but have the one laptop.

I can't answer about using other Microsoft accounts because this one is the but one I have.

All I know is that I, and many others, keep getting the aforementioned bulletin nigh 'something is wrong'.

I clear my cache, I brand sure at that place are no issues on you master site, etc.

Please fix this-- I am not the just one.

I understand why you are asking the questions-- I was answering them.  I was not disputing the reason you lot were request.

All I questioned was where you got the idea I couldn't access my mail-- I never had said that.  I said I was being told something was incorrect-- that doesn't imply that I couldn't access mail.

As for other browsers I have no other browsers on my computer.  IE 8/nine crashes many of the applications I use on the computer.  Firefox is extremely laggy.  I have merely used Google Chrome for years.
